Clinic Policies

Welcome to Advanced Wellness & Massage. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients, please review our clinic policies below:

Appointment Scheduling

  • Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online through our booking system. Choose your desired service and time, and complete the booking process.

  • Prepayment: Prepayment is required to secure all appointments. This ensures your slot is reserved and confirms your commitment to the scheduled time.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Notice Required: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. You will receive a credit for the remaining amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations: All cancellations will result in a credit to our clinic. If a credit card refund is processed, there will be a $10 minimum fee.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Please note that rescheduling may also require prepayment.

Arrival and Late Arrivals

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your session.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next appointment. Full payment will still be required.

Health and Safety

  • Initial Consultation: New clients must complete an initial consultation to ensure the best possible care and to tailor the therapy to your needs.

  • Health Conditions: Please inform us of any health conditions or injuries prior to your appointment so we can provide the appropriate treatment and ensure your safety.

Payment Methods

  • Accepted Payments: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and cash. Prepayment can be made online via our booking system.

Feedback and Complaints

  • Feedback: We welcome your feedback to help us improve our services. Please feel free to share your thoughts with us during or after your appointment.

  • Complaints: If you have any concerns or issues, please contact us directly. We aim to address and resolve any problems promptly and professionally.
